Does the New Attorney firm mean that a SEC 10K is coming at some point??

New Attorney firm mentioned in Annual: Great sign IMO: Here's why:
The firm Heskett & Heskett are located in the State of Oklahoma; this is where the Co. set up a new holding Co.
at the end of December 2023. Not only have I invested tons here for an actual and very profitable Co.; which the annual just
reconfirmed, with yet another great quarter and year; but with the new holding Co., I'm confident there are some choice merger/acquistion(s) in the pipeline. With a strong cash position of apx. $4Million ($2.45 cash + $1.65b term deposit); no liabilities or any debt; CEO & President owning over 25% common; which are restricted; and share price trading at a 1/3 of book value....I have no doubt where we are headed, in a big way IMO. I'm happy with my large and over 2 year accumulated position here. I'll be adding today and beyond when possible. GLTA; and very much looking forward here.
