waiting patiently, the private placement indicates to me that Hahalolo is choosing to raise operating capital through angel investors rather than traditional funding from private capital ventures (vultures) and banking institutions.

This tells me that Hahalolo is using this RM with $FBEC more for liquidity purposes, with respect to a large shareholder base, and for a less costly and quicker path to go public. Remember, they will need greater then 300 shareholder to qualify to be listed on the Nasdaq exchange when that time comes.

In my opinion. this private placement may be in the form of preferred shares. If this is the case than Hahalolo should be considered shareholder friendly, and existing shareholders are in a truly golden situation, as Hahalolo may be attempting to minimize dilution of common shares via this offer for angel investors.

If I'm right then we are looking at T*NP 2.0.
