You must be looking at something different, or a different company.

Go to: https://esos.nv.gov/EntitySearch/OnlineEntitySearch
Put in HOUMU in the name. It comes up and you can look at details. At the bottom right of the page you can click to view "Filing History". There is nothing since the agent resignation in November 2023. List of 'officers' has not changed or been updated since 2022.
