HL, Miro seems to respond to you so how about asking him what went wrong in the 30 days since he posted this below. At that time the dispute was all settled according to him.

11. The new HIRU management has already commenced the resurrection and reset of the water
division. The management is of the opinion that the water business division can be restored to
its past glory within the next 45 to 60 days, perhaps even sooner.

This is from the bottom of page 3 of the same document:

WHEREAS, AZ CUSTOM is in default of its obligations under the Equipment Lease
and has been unable to cure the default; and
WHEREAS, Bayern and AZ CUSTOM have agreed that Bayern will take over
operation of the Leased Equipment at its present site (the “Water Packing Plant” - 5524 N
51 st Ave., Glendale, Arizona 85301), with the Equipment Lease being terminated as to AZ
CUSTOM. It is contemplated that AZ CUSTOM will terminate its employees located at the
Water Packing Plant and that Bayern will immediately re-hire the employees at their present
compensation;
