NSAV $$$.. I see the ask loaded @ .0016, they are holding the stock down, to accumulate shares, scare a few share holders into selling. Which is why each time we knock down the .0015's, they load up on the .0016's.... as much as 165 M Shares that I seen. A lot of stock has been accumulated; at some point they will Let NSAV Run $$$
