You are correct about Sherratt Reicher or "family" owning The Plant before the merger with NNRX. McGah Limited Partnership owns alot of the notes issued to NNRX which is also owned by one of the founders of The Plant. I highly doubt The Plant managers would want anything to do with NNRX since NNRX has alot of debt that hasn't been paid.

Its confusing to say the least. Without a word from the CEO of NNRX (Jonathan Bishop) or The Plant managers we dont know what is gonna happen to NNRX.

If NNRX comes alive, I will have to buy more shares (I know, it sucks)! Hopefully everyone, except for misterfisherman, can get their money out!
