this more or less feels like The Plant basically said just get the F outta here... clean out your stuff, take our likeness off the internet ( website ) and you go your way , we'll go ours and we'll withdraw the lawsuit saving us all time and money in court. I mean the reality is the merger is off now since the Plant is on the market for lease. Who really knows , is it possible NNRX is going into the landlord business now ? merging with the owners, destroying the business, then renting the place out ? anyone know who the lease holders would be ? like who's renting out the facility... might be some clues there
