Prices today will not matter. Once they release the full plan and the entity to be acquired prices will be plenty higher!
Fact is this company is operating at a profit already. With 1.5 mil revs and a market cap of only 3.5 mil. That alone is reason for us to atleast 2x. The 10k that’s about to be released will verify such profits. On top of that they are acquiring another company that is going to bolster those profits even further. I believe we have an easy 10x on the table. Fundamentally this is a sound investment and am very excited to see what they have in store for us. OTC companies rarely ever are structured this clean and operate within profits. Theyre even going to use financing to acquire this new entity. NO DILUTION.
