If only he could prove once in this current time that what he has done all these years would benefit the shareholders verses the insiders. But the evidence always seems to point to the negative.
It could almost have been believable with this latest merger if he hadn't issued the 2.7b shares without any explanation of the terms of the deal. All legitimate companies disclose that. This seems to the case of things wanting to be hidden.
