I don't think the company is diluting.
It's the toxic guys that got these shares already.

The New Company knows it's an injury to the stock that will heal over time.

Why they saddled up with this shell is beyond me. There are so many better out there. It wouldn't surprise me if the toxic guys gave them this shell for free.
