Once again, you are either flat-out lying or have absolutely no idea what the hell you are talking about.

Anyone can see that KBLB reports directly to the SEC by going to the SEC website and seeing all of KBLB's filings:

In addtion, if one were to take a look at the latest SEC filing from KBLB (S-1/A #15), they would see at the very top of the filing the words "UNITED STATES SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION" in huge letters.
