Within the last 10 minutes the "owner" replied, which, I suppose, is a reasonable response time, given that it's via the Google review system. The response says they 'looked into the matter,' verified their food safety protocols, and also received no other complaints.

While "we all ate there and 3 out of 4 of us got sick" is superficial circumstantial evidence, how does one prove a food-poisoning-at-a-restaurant case? Or defend against one, for that matter?

There are 'professional claimants' who target restaurants with false claims. The guy complained he didn't get a refund. If they paid their check, when did they ask for the refund? Did they send Nixon their barf bags as proof?

It's good to see the "owner" reads his reviews.

Too bad he doesn't read the 'reviews' from his shareholders .. unless his agent does, who allegedly has an ihub account.
