Got it. So it's just a vote for the approval of a potential future RS, if needed, not for the timing or split ratio.

I wonder how the stock will react in the days after the 9th april vote results... Is it already priced in at this time (the potential split, not the actual split)? You would think so, after how much it has fallen lately...

I saw that they plan to announce PIII trial results in Q2 (moved from Q1 initially). Will it coincide with the AACR annual april meeting, maybe? Is this the one: https://www.aacr.org/meeting/aacr-annual-meeting-2024/ ? I see it's between April 5-10...

Also, do you really think it will jump to $5 from the level we are now, just on the back of PIII positive trial results and with no split? It seems to me a bit much... Maybe to $1 or so, if we're lucky, and only after that they'll maybe do a split, to get the stock to $5+ (or at least keeping it over $1), preparing it for FDA approval and making it more attractive to bigger investors. Imo. What do you think?
