I think so. Rain encourages growth, floods for months don't. When the intent of a poseur poster is basically nothing more than to be a disruptive influence by being a GOP talking points distributor with zero interest in the truth of the matter then enough becomes too much.

Sure a limited few far-left radicals may have been/or be keen to take every cop off the beat but the 'defunding the police' thing was never meant by the overwhelming number of Democrats to mean what the dishonest propagandists of the GOP turned it into. The phrase itself was a very poor strategy choice by progressive Democrats. Use of the more acceptable word 'reform' would have been a much smarter choice. It was a bad mistake by those Democrats, and political vultures in the GOP jumped on it.

He was given more than a fair run. We made a proper decision.
