The Government made a law to make naked short trading by hedge the funds illegal

Which means by law it’s a problem

If there wasn’t any naked shorts there wouldn’t be a law
Simple as that 3rd grade stuff after 2nd grade understanding

So why are defending Agatha’s law so hard for a long time
