thanks but no thanks, good luck to you guys. in my view the jps have a historical investor base that just is a bit frumpy. commons do not seem to have that overhang and they have the strength of new money that runs into the trade --- unsophisticated folk that do not understand capital structure are going to go for the commons first and foremost and so it has really zoomed for the past 12 months (pictured below) --- whereas the jps have run into headwinds. and so i dont know what the eventual ratio of fnma to fnmas is going to be, but when i do the math, i did not like the risk reward when fnma:fnmas was lower, and so i certainly do not like it now that it is higher --- but i am prepared to be amazed. i expect biden will act in the next 2-3 months and am curious to see what sort of action he takes and by all means hope that it works out to your favor! good luck and god speed.


Warrants will be exercised. Common lack dilution protection against SPSPA being converted.. Common thus have no security. Preferred will be made whole.
