I don't see how much has really changed

Sharp dumping his 20 m8llion common shares sure would indicate things have changed.

But as far as GVSI being a share bloated, SEC/FINRA problem-plagued, non-SEC registered, corporate action restricted, false hyped, deal imploding, repetitive price crashing disaster of a stock...well, you're right. That hasn't changed.
