Dude why do you think they want to file Form 10? This will always be called VG Life Sciences until they file a Form 10 and make SEC happy about stiffing them 9 years ago. They will never be able to do a rs until they also file a form 10 and fix SEC issues. FINRA does not give respect to delinquent filers, even if they deregister.
