Don't have to have insider information to figure out...

MONI shareholders will get nothing.

Why in the world would mONI shareholders expect to get anything?

Have they not learned anything from the famous BitGift dividend investors were swing from the trees about?

Does Frank owe mONI shareholders anything for all the hard work they put in to pumping the stock?

mONI shareholders invested in gold mining operations and BitGift. One was 2 lies and the other a POS. Didn't work out.

Wasn't it said...Frank only cares about himself?

Why would a new company want to give away that much equity?

The short answer is they wouldn't, likely reverse the hell out of the stock and investors would be able to do a dam thing about it. Don't need to read a transcript to figure that one out.

But let's go back to the basics. Apparently no company wants to deal with interim CEO and maybe they run for the hills when they see how much baggage there is to deal with.
