There is nothing to suggest that anything new is in the offering. A new board member who presumabley has some shares from somewhere, gifted in a Will? This once $57million company is just a husk hanging on to outlive the statutes of limitation on its debt. That is one heck of a lot of money to have just frittered away whilst taking Salary and Expenses for no effective company benefit. It is sad that people are so easily duped and hunger for success that they do cartwheels at a new kid on the block coming in to 'at 'east' clean up the mess left so that legal fees can be minimised.
