That’s the least you have owned so averaging down means you’ve been dumping since you owned or claimed to own 43 mil. I’m guessing you took a big loss on your .001+ shares and bought back in between .0005 and .0007 up to 17 mil shares. If you averaged down from the time you started buying months ago, you would have well north of 43 million shares. Averaging down is adding to your position, not dumping then adding. Simple math.
