I'm going to correct myself on some issues concerning dwac and tmtg name change/merger. At the time of this post it was 8-9pm

It's important to note that the spac dwac had/has at least three different equity issues I know of publicly. There may be more internally as corps don't always list personal special issues. Everyone owns commons A, but the U & W shares are mostly insiders and owners of digitalworld/tmtg, retail as well and not what I'm writing about. My corrections are about common shares.(A)

As can be seen I was wrong that the form 25-nse came directly from nunes or swindler, they did the reporting to edgar, but this is the follow up report by the SEC for public consumption.

With form25-nse from what I read, each equity needs to be identified to use the form
In tmtg filing only the Unit equity was listed. However after opening more than 30 other corps in that list one at a time, many checking the same form also listed all their different stock. Unit/units were also listed by itself. So it can be suggested that todays 25-NSE may only concern the equity issue of the Units. 'Units' description can not cover all different shares. But the form allows for all stock types to be on the same line. I could not locate the nomenclature rules themselves but all the others wouldn't list the different types if they didn't have to. IMO.

On this edgar page is a chronological list of form 25-nse. Most recent was dwac/tmtg.

Based on that fact so far that there is no form 25-nse filing for the C-A or warrants and there was no public discussion about retail commons, no direction or info in the last 5 8k's and other filings what is going to happen?

If I'm still awake, I'll keep updating the sites to see if dwac pushes something through well after hours, which I've seen a hundred times.
I submit that one of the three will trade tomorrow, likely the 'unit' and not commons or warrants yet.

At the time of this post, there are no name changes on nasdaq, no new filings to SEC and no new PR's pushed.
