My comment, to some extent, is So What? All societies eventually collapse, or at least decline, usually after passing the baton to a new one. Of course it was different in the past, because the world wasn't as connected as it is now. We need to learn to deal with it. That means NOT being isolationist, NOT demonizing immigrants, SUPPORTING our institutions--which Trump and his fans senselessly call the "Deep State"--SUPPORTING education and the acquisition of skills, and more.
Just some quick ones, but will go back to one simple truth, when societies chose a strong man, its never good.
Then support Biden and other Dems. Trump and his followers want power, and he is a madman.
