All these 'longs' just assume that companies will buy and use this corporate governance technology. Because Joe said so? Don't be fools. Do some fact finding. Ask questions. I have 2 friends that are CFOs of large public companies and both of them said they would have no use for this technology. None. I also have a friend who is an independent auditor and told me the same thing. But since there's a patent for it, and Joe talked about it in a paid infomercial, the longs assume it will be a home run. You get each other all hyped up. Total ignorance.
