Here is the thing most holding the share can only sell not buy if you in the USA
So you can not trade
Only guys in the USA
Can sell. Out side the USA
I believe you can buy or sell
The out standing shares are very very low

So either someone wanted out and the only buyer was a 0002!! And that someone buying believes were are going to more up and become current soon just my opinion
I have about 5 million shares not selling at these prices
