I wonder where we are gonna get the ore for that "production". If we got full funding with shovels in the ground today it would be about 4 years to production. 4 years was the figure a while ago so lets say 3 years just to be nice. Also, we already alloyed al-sc with IBC in 2017. That went absolutely nowhere. I wonder what would be different this time. Nanoscale? lots of carts in front of the horse. I'm thinking 10M in april 2024 is infeasible. We need 10M for continued company office operations currently not making master alloys we cant really "produce" with no mine. Can we use the 10M for producing a FS or paying items needed for EXIM?

I just don't see why we would be awarded 10M for that reason at this point in the company's development (or lack thereof)?
