Plus there are people here imo from the stock market industry thst can short pennies so they feel confident they can short this because the company has either chosen to be silent or has been placed in a quiet period while the sec reviews their request to have some restrictions lifted. But as someone has noted if the new company is what it claims to be, why do they need to seek funding the usual way that penny stocks do?
