$IGPK ~Regarding your idea that JFH Digital E-commerce Corp is going to do a reverse split, then thereafter flood the market with 2 billion extra shares that are only for the Chinese is not only racist against the American public, but also a breach against their fiduciary responsibility toward their existing shareholders that owns the 1.67 billion shares that are entitled to share in their wealth after they merged into our IGPK shell that we are owners of with them! That's part of becoming a publicly traded company with existing shareholders in that you need to share the wealth as part of the trade off from being a private business to becoming a publicly traded business as there is that sacrifice that is part of the deal and you can't simply just go around it somehow! Us pre-existing shareholders also help in out by growing our share price by holding our positions and even adding more to our portfolios after learning about the merged company over the past few months! They can't get rid of us as easy as you are saying they can! More FUD to weed through and not let influence our decision of how we will continue to hold our shares tightly!
If they try to cut us pre-existing shareholders out of our rightful due of our proper ownership of their publicly traded business, then there are many lawyers that would love the opportunity to file a class action lawsuit for billions of dollars against them and I will tell you right now that I will be one of the first ones to launch the lawsuit with a female lawyer I know in Newport Beach, CA that has never lost a lawsuit in her career and this situation with us current shareholders will become one more lawsuit that she will win in our behalf! I have millions of shares and I won't sit back and let the merged $70+ bullion dollar business take advantage of us current shareholders sitting down!
That I will promise everyone holding millions of shares with me that if they think they are going to reduce our equity to become worth nothing they will have a multi-billion dollar lawsuit filed immediately once that is proven to be the case! And yes she works on contingency! I also have a close relationship with another lawyer firm that I used to do all of the IT services for in Mission Viejo, CA that would take the case on also! It would be very wise on JFH's part to NOT do anything nefarious against us shareholders after becoming a publicly traded company through our IGPK ticker!
