XU promised me a $100,000,000 done deal revenue company. He hosed me, and after he bought the ACCR shell, he told me and the Judge in our case, that he bought the ACCR SHELL and now could do whatever he wanted to do with the Company. Damn it.....HE LIED TO ME!!!!! We never agreed to an LOI, I thought he was a gentleman, and a businessman, who had all these connections. I am not a liar, and if I stated on an SEC form that he promised me a deal...all we received was an LOI with a broke EV ( Electric Vehicle ) company....lol. 🤥 . We fought in court, and I could not afford an attorney to represent me. So, we just went our separate ways.
