First of all, Korean businessman John K Park has identified himself as Spooz's "CHAIRMAN" since 12/20/2023 and added "CEO" as of the next day.

Second: On 12/29/2023 CEO Park announced he had secured THREE "fully executed contracts" ($36,774,000 + $53,460,000 + =$90,234,000 total) >>YEAR TO DATE<<. "IF TRUE" then IMO those amounts should appear on the 2023 ANNUAL REPORT due one week from today. The CASH required to secure and "fully execute" those contracts should appear as EXPENSES and the $90.2 as INCOME even if as "receivables."

Third: As "CHAIRMAN & CEO" >>JOHN K. PARK<< should be the one filing the 2023 Annual Report...NOT previous CEO Strickland
