Facebook "START ORDER" buttons have been replaced by "MESSAGE" buttons on the Illegal Burger and Kalaka Mexican Kitchen pages:
https://www.facebook.com/illegalburgerco
https://www.facebook.com/KalakaMexicanKitchen/

Those MESSAGE buttons open a dialog box with a low-IQ robot chat engine. In reality, it looks like you ask them simple questions and they superficially promise to get back to you. There's definitely no real or artificial intelligence underneath.

But change tells us someone is rattling around somewhere.

I guess they decided that if they couldn't get those buttons to work tight (=fix the links that they pointed to), then they'd just keep them from working wrong (by getting rid of them).

This is only a guess -- that Facebook page-construction support must have been too hard to work with -- they must all be kids who are so addicted to their own social media feeds that they can't focus on 'hard' software logic issues like changing a URL string -- so Nixon's own I.T. crew opted for the pre-coded "MESSAGE" button instead that didn't require anyone to help them with it.

But, that's no big loss because a) it's better to have nothing broken on the Facebook page and b) they have the link to the websites; but that requires two clicks to order after drooling over food pictures (on the Facebook pages) rather than one click right on the page.

The Takiza Facebook page still has a START ORDER button, but it has a MESSAGE button next to it.

It's obvious that Facebook provides some default User Interface options that page-owners can choose to implement, but again, someone has to have the smarts to know what to make those buttons do.
