It does actually matter how he got them. He has more than 200k shares from being in his position. He oversaw multiple deals to get funds to the company via convertible debt. Meanwhile he was also getting stock compensation.

I would guess he'd count it a win if his shares were bought at $1/share.

He's been pulling in plenty of money from RXMD the whole time. Any extra money he gets for his shares is icing on the top.
