@DiVinciPay A couple things were brought up in a private chat today and I was hoping you could help answer:

1) what's the status of the Lithuania license? It looks like there are dozens of examples that show it can be acquired in less than 4 weeks; yet here we are months later with nothing.

2) Can you explain, in detail, the ownership relationship of AWC and DiVinci Pay? We recognize NSAV acquired AWC via a note but we are certain what, if any, portion of DiVinci Pay is included in the deal.

3) When asked about the Lithuania license, you mentioned that an unrelated third-party was handling the cost of the license. Can you elaborate? Curious as to why an unrelated third-party would do such a thing. I'm sure there is a good explanation.

1. This is a question that should be asked to NSAV. From what I understand, there are specific rules that must be followed as a US Public company making this purchase.

2. None. NSAV did not acquire AWC, they purchased AWCx from AWC. AWC owns none of DiVinciPay and NSAV owns none of DiVinciPay.

3. An unrelated 3rd party provided the funding because at the time, NSAV did not have liquid funds to complete the purchase. Any further questions about this, take it up with Tilton.
