Apologies for the confusion. That quote came from this guy. Did he copy something you wrote earlier? Because I've said all along the owner can and most likely already can change or cancel the restrictive rule. I'm sure he falsified or paid off a corrupt lawyer for a opinion letter to do so.

NONSENSE! I already wrote, with proof & links disclosing THE FACT that the restrictive period is negotiable.

And it can be WAIVED!! In fact, I would NOT be surprised if it has already been agreed upon.

Did ANYONE notice that the average daily volume (I reported) has been around 1.5M?


Edit-update....BTW - I haven't seen in filings that the 10.00 pps for buy back was cancelled. But maybe it has. And I also believe that nasdaq has a 5.00 dollar pps limit to keep on the exchange. And now that I think of it, I thought nasdaq had a 3 year income limit for gaining a listing? If true, how did d-w-a-cked get around that? I could be wrong of course.
