Why would the company buy back shares when they could just r/s and achieve the same result.

I don’t really think a billion dollar company is going to care about legacy shareholders, or what they think.

Although an r/s in this situation isn’t all that bad, assuming the entire of JFH ends up in this ticker. IMO
