And how is it possible for a Company to have 2 FORM 15's on file. This was a SEC reporting small tech Company with ZERO assets, only what I contributed out of my pocket. I paid for all the Company expenses with my own money. Back in 2018...they were going to revoke ACCR's charter. I spoke to 2 attorneys, and after a 2 page letter, they allowed ACCR the ability to trade. I also had ACCR on the Daily List twice. I had examiners take a very close look at the structure, and after a 1 week review, even FINRA was OK with ACCR's ability to trade. ACCR was on the death grey market at the time. However, on October 18, 2019.......A Market Maker signed this form:

😊 They trusted me, and on that date, we rose from .000s to over $.02, and then after a retrace, ACCR screamed to just over $.05, FIVE CENTS. On paper I was worth over $15million. I see that http://www.Sunbiz.org rejected their attempt to restate Article III, to include preferred shares. I dislike convertible preferred shares. They have 60 days to fix their attempt to create a class of shares which currently are not in the Articles of Incorporation. If they do not respond properly then the preferred class will be ILLEGAL!

I am so committed to my ACCR, as the CC reminds me of my nomenclature CyberCall - I've been here since 2007, but on the old Raging Bull....I posted on their ACCR board starting on April 14th, 1989.

What a trip....ACCR I am sorry to all my shareholders and MMs that I let down. I thought XU was going to merger a $100,000,000 revenue company, and I figured the stock would scream to $4.45 with a real company merged into the Company. However, I was hosed, and I was lied to, and I was betrayed. He told me the Monday on the phone that he had a real company to merger, and so I believed in him. And all we had was a telephone conversation, and then I sent to Amy Merrill the transfer agent, what I believe was the COPY of the back of a piece of paper with a medallion guarantee COPY, which NO ONE would do today, because there was no real stock certificate issued. All I gave the bank to get the medallion was a copy of the back of a certificate. You need to have a real stock certificate that someone can verify and then place a Medallion Guarantee on the shares. No way, would any bank officer stamp only a copy of the back of a ACCR certificate. There was no certificate....just a zerox copy of the back of a certificate. Never was a stock certificate issued for 160,050,000 shares - NEVER. I was swindled and that's OK with me. In the end, GOD has spoken to me and is guiding me with the Federal Judge, and his/her order for the TA to accept the 17,000,000 in stock certificates, and transfer them to my brokerage account, and allow me to start liquidating this PREMIUM POSITION. That is, unless they reverse split, or do something funny to ACCR. 🤔

I argued with Amy that I sent her the copy and would send her the original medallion guarantee paper....but she contended that she had a machine that could read and tell if the medallion guarantee was the original. I still have the original copy of that back paper that transferred to XU 160,050,00 of my shares.

She won't talk to me anymore but told me that the only was to fix this all was to go through the judicial process. Well, guess what....I will soon have a federal judge order all these characters to do exactly as he wants done, and I will also be filing a FORM 144 very soon with the SEC. All of my shares will be accepted with an attorney's endorsement and a medallion guarantee signed by a bank officer on my real stock certificates.
