I notice today that it was going back and forth .0003 to .0004.

I believe the 100,000,000 shares is only $40,000.00 dollars at. 0004. I believe they bought it at .0004.

Even if it goes to .0003, they will lose around $10,000 dollars.
If it goes back to .0004 and they decide it is a risk, they can try to get out at .0004.
