Never did much 130nm...
The graphs of 130nm capacity I remember Intel presenting had less than 10% of 130nm on 300mm, and that included both 11X and D1C. I think they did just enough 130nm to check out the factory. It was not fully capitalized until 90nm. Intel has said they reuse about 65% of equipment from generation to generation, so I think 40% to 50% reuse is reasonable.
That said, the timing is not good for CPU, but the 45nm process at Intel is the 45nm process... it will be the same in 11X as it is in D1D.

At 90nm Intel did the communications version of the process, and at 65nm they did the low power version. However, these processes are actually a "step beyond" what you get with the basic CPU process.
