Beats me. But he is wrong on increase in DTC shares by 36m in the last several weeks. It definitely has gone up from low 100m in early 2023 to where it is now. We know it was the certs that were deposited. But seems that hasn’t worsened significantly since the summer when most of that happened.

Liquidity sucks. Hard to peel shares but very doable as long as you don’t pay commissions per trade.
