Watch USEG (US Energy Corp.) right now at a little over 1.00 per share. They pay a good dividend for long term shareholders. For those on the "technical" side, watch right now. It looks like a pretty good chance for 20-30% gain in relatively short duration provided they can put something out to the market other than they intend to repurchase shares in the open market.
