This PR is alarmingly unprofessional in that it appears at first glance to be a re-issue of a previous PR. ONLY under closer inspection, which you noted, do you see the differences. I agree with your suggestion that CUBT may be closer uplisting.

BUT--management must get their act together. Communicating effectively with the investing public is an integral part of any public company's business plan.

The PR should have had a subheading highlighting the differences from the past PR--so that current shareholders and (shocker!)--potentially brand new investors could buy in.

Why NOT attract new investors? Management needs to wake up and not rush out an easily criticized PR like this one.
