You can bid only at .0001 as others have pointed out, but sometimes you might get lucky and get some at .00005 on a limit order - that's the lowest fill I've heard of (outside of crypto of course). I haven't heard of anyone getting quint 0s, that would be amazing, but to get tons and tons of shares there, you'd have to put in a limit for those shares at .0001, that's the problem.
