I am not "dismissing the facts". The facts are that Trumpty took a shitload of classified documents with him when he left. Far more than what executive and military officials of the past have taken. What's the difference between him and them? He refused to return them, and still claims he has a right to keep them.

It is, or should be, obvious that he does not.

And it's mildly interesting that there's a living link between Trumpty and Tricky Dick, in the person of Roger Stone. Who has Dick's head tattooed on his back. Creepy.
