If it would not be a formal filing, I would have thought it was written by Mad Magazine or some other madcap
publication.

The guy has as many names as the digits in the stock price. Unemployed, and source of funds is Parent's allowance. So we have a real high roller here, a possible Whale and future institutional fund. (Just kidding)

The language is not the clearest. I don't understand their calculation, nor that they are using market cap..... to determine the so-called percentage (as opposed to # of shares owned divided by total O/S).

But with this stock, if it gave you a chuckle, it was worth posting.
