It seems like it is time for some news.
It is interesting that the final dilution came concurrently with the attorney letter. Also interesting that the lawyer used way outdated AS and OS values in his letter. At this point it just doesn't matter because the Transfer Agent has been posting the correct values on OTC Markets almost daily and that is where most investors look for that sort of data. My guess is that when they reviewed that letter the company felt that it was not worth the cost of having it revised.
