she's nuts... even when a bank forecloses the first thing they do is change the locks and if you go there it's a B&E charge.. There's no such thing as squatters since the 1800's.

Even if you manage to break into a place that is fully distressed, there's no utilities. Around here we call them crack houses or heroin dens... Not quite the opportunity for a family that is trying to start a new life.
