Snow-no need to point that out to me. I am not a sheriff on this board and do not remember insinuating that you are a "basher".

Hiring an Auditor(PCAOB) seems like a good step towards validating financials, and should allow JP3E to bring aboard qualified Directors, AND get D&O insurance, which is important to those that serve on public company boards.
