RMAX +1.17 to 8.95 on news of a surge in existing home sales along with a 54k share insider buy. I think this stock will be much higher is 6 to 12 months. Yes, commissions are going to get dinged by the new rules, but the new rules were fully anticipated by the litigation over the past 5 years. This was a $45 stock just 3 years ago.
