Just like Gamestop was not shorted 300%. There are no rules being enforced, the big boys do what they want as they please. NSS is real and it is everywhere because it is free money. Until block chain style secured is added, our markets will continue to be a crap shoot. Google all you want, there are too many cases to ignore the facts.
