this is back over .01 by tomorrow if not today.

there is no RS until there actually is one.

company is still worth billions and growing by leaps and bounds.

now with over 70 million users.

this stock is worth dollars not this current price which is ridiculous at best.

this remains an opportunity of a lifetime.

this is the biggest reverse merger ever in the OTC land.

they saw what a RS can do to a stock. they are not likely to do a RS.

they would have no need to do a RS.

so the chances of a RS are zero.


that wording about the RS was a dead give away: "as soon as possible".

why as soon as possible. they dont even have OTC access yet.

they made it look it was urgent to scare people to sell and run.

what exactly is the bloody urgency and for what?

company is evidently in a silent period and probably cant say anything.

and there was no date of execution of a RS.

somebody was able to doctor that last page. that person will be caught.

2 people who cried about the RS quickly deleted their accounts and ran to the hills.

and the document is dated 3/15. why did it take 4 days for people to discover that there was a RS?

why did the stock skyrocket to .0197 after 3/15?

once again there is no RS.


there is no bloody RS until one actually sees one.
